Warranty conditions

    • The cost of going back and forth is the responsibility of the buyer.
    • The services for installing and servicing products are done within 24 hours.
    • In case of installation and repair by unauthorized persons, this warranty is invalid.
    • The warranty period of the products is as follows.

Gas stove: All parts include a 24-month warranty from the date of installation.

Hood: This warranty is valid for 18 months from the date of installation. (Using an electrical protector is mandatory.)

Sink: This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of sale, which is sealed and signed by the store owner

Is. (If the cutting of the cabinet is not according to the cutting pattern inside the carton, the glass sink is not included in the warranty.)

Fur: This warranty is valid for 18 months from the date of installation. In order to use the warranty, it is mandatory to present the warranty when the company’s specialists visit.

  • This warranty includes the technical parts of the device and damage caused by transportation, power fluctuations, inaccuracy in maintenance and use of non-standard cleaning solutions are not part of the warranty conditions.
